We all are aware of the weight issues nowadays. In the last few years, we have heard a lot about various diet methods and physical activities. People are choosing that which is convenient for them or which matches to their likes and dislikes and they apply the same logic to the physical activities that they choose. Some choose walk running, jogging, gym, yoga, zumba etc.

After doing any one of these, or multiple activities at the same time, people finally start to see some results in weight loss. In this trial and error, people not only lose weight but sometimes they lose health also. Falling numbers on the weighing scale can make you happy but that is not the end of story.

Losing weight by changing the number only on the scale is one thing and losing weight with health improvement and a good look is a different thing.

You can check vitamin level and routine health assessment, for example, sugar, lipid level blood pressure and other reports according to age.   • Skin: Along with weight loss, your skin should become tight. Once you will reach your target weight, it will be difficult to tighten the skin. Age factor also plays a role in skin tightening. If your chosen physical activity is done correctly and if it is suitable for you, then stretch marks will not develop.

  • In the case of weight loss, the shape is very important. Intermittently you should check that your shape is becoming proportionate. Once your BMI will become normal, it will be almost impossible to balance the proportion of the body and get the desired shape.

  • Make sure you're not losing hair with weight. If it is happening, consult your doctor or dietitian.

  • Among all physical activities, yoga is an ancient, the safest and best of all. It harmonises body, mind, spirituality and life. The only condition is it should be done correctly, in moderation and under an experienced yoga therapist.  

There are many ways and methods of weight loss. People read on the internet and decide what they will choose for weight loss. Always remember that body and nature has not changed for thousands of years. But methods of diet and physical activities are changing and coming in the market very fast.

To lose weight you can try new things but do not forget the laws of nature and some simple kitchen secrets. So, that will never change just as the organs and systems and their functioning in the body will never change.
