Resolutions are very important in life. Many people make resolutions in a new year to complete their desired work or that task or goal in which they fail again and again. If you want to bring a good change in your life and want everything well managed, then making resolutions are very helpful. If you want to live an energetic life, here are five important areas of life where you can work on.
Fix your wake-up time:
Your wake-up time is very important. It can make your day. The human body needs an average of 8 hours of sleep. Your wake-up time depends on your sleeping time. Make a habit of waking up early. Start your days early so you can end your day early. That way you can give time to yourself. The mind is fresh when you wake up early in the morning, so creativity is high at that time for most people. In cities, many people might have not seen the sunrise for many years. So, waking up early and at a fixed time is very important.
Fix your exercise time:
Exercise is another important duty that you are skipping often. Many people go and buy a membership for the gym and for sports clubs, but for various reasons, they stop going after a few days. The most popular reason is that they are not getting time to go to the gym, the second-highest reason given is they are unable to get up in the morning.
If the first reason is your cause of failure, then understand that everybody has 24 hours only. Those who exercise daily, they don’t have extra hours. So, you need to manage your daily routine.
If your cause of failure is the second reason that you are unable to get up early in the morning. Then, the only solution is to manage your sleeping time. Try to sleep early, so you can wake up early and fresh. Energy remains high if you exercise regularly. Another solution to get early and sound sleep is putting off the internet half an hour before you go to bed. So, your brain starts calming down and the person gets sleepy. In yoga, there are some brain calming techniques which helps to get sleep early. Of course, it needs practice.
Fix your breakfast time and healthy choices:
Keep your breakfast time fixed. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Many surveys say that skipping breakfast is not good. Have a healthy breakfast. Avoid Junk, stale, frozen items, and fried food. Many people skip breakfast if they are getting late for office. Many people do not feel hungry in the morning because they take dinner late at night. If you take dinner early, your sleep quality will be good, and you will feel hungry to have breakfast.
Set Achievable Health Goals:
List out, periodically, what changes you are looking to have in your physical and mental health. Note down the changes you want in your health, personality, look, etc. If you are overweight, decide to lose weight. It helps a lot to bring change in health and appearance, and it also boosts confidence. List out 2 changes, you want in yourself and start working on it.
Before Sleeping, go through the work you have done:
Making a resolution is a short time job, but following it is a lifetime duty if we take it seriously. Resolutions are made to bring a positive change in life or turn good things into a habit. Measuring your achievements before you sleep will remind you why you have made resolutions and you are working on it or not. Even if you do not follow, just go through it. Once you will do follow up for a few days, then it will become a habit. Small success will give you big satisfaction and will also boost your confidence.
